Article 1. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company shall make efforts to protect Personal Information of the Member in accordance with the relevant laws. The privacy policy of the Company and relevant laws shall apply to the protection and use of Personal Information. The privacy policy of the Company shall not apply to the linked websites other than the official website of the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for the disclosure of Personal Information due to the Member's liability; except for the case the Member has an unavoidable or just reason.

  1. Collection of Personal Information
    The Service collects personal information provided by the Member when he/she opens a shop, uses services, enters for an event, revises the member information, purchases fee-based items, contacts the customer service center. The Service also collects personal information through its data collection framework.
    ① Normal collected information: Nickname and payment record for fee-based items.
    ② Automatically collected information: Visit date and time, service usage history, phone number(android phone only), the type of mobile device.
    ③ The Member's Google email (if only logged in with Google).
  1. Purposes of Use of Personal Information
    ① To manage members and charge fees for services
    ② To use for marketing and advertisement
  1. The Member may request a withdrawal from the Service anytime and in such case, his/her agreement to the Company's collection and use of Personal Information is deemed to be terminated.

Article 2. Use and Provision of Personal Information to Third Party

  1. Except as otherwise agreed by the Member or stated in the relevant laws, the Company shall not use the Member's Personal Information for the purposes other than those provided in the "Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information" herein, and shall not provide third-party individuals, companies, or entities with the Member's Personal Information.
  2. To provide the Member's personal information for or share it with a third party, the Company shall send a notice to the Member beforehand in a written form or by text message (SMS) with clear statement of who receives the Member's Information, for what purpose the receiver uses it, which information the Company provides, and how long the receiver can keep and use the provided information, and the Company shall get the consent of the Member. However, the Company may provide the Member's personal information for a third party without the Member's agreement in the following cases:
    ① When it is necessary to bill and account the fees for services
    ② When personal information is provided in a form that makes it impossible to identify individuals for statistics, academic studies, or market researches
    ③ When it is explicitly stated in relevant laws

In order to improve the quality of the services that the Company provides for the Member, the Company may make a partnership with third parties, including special content providers or businesses, for the purposes of providing customized services, online advertisement services, shopping mall services, community services, fee-based contents, mobile services, telemarketing services for insurance and credit card membership, statistics, or market research. The Company may provide these third parties with the Member's personal information with his/her agreement.
  2. If the Company outsources the management of personal information to a third party ("Subcontractor"), the Company shall state the Subcontractor and the outsourced work in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The Subcontractor shall not use the Member's personal information or provide it for a third party for the purposes other than those for which the Subcontractor is entrusted with the information, in the course of collecting, archiving, processing, using, providing, managing, and discarding it.
  3. If the Company provides a third party with personal information for any other purpose than those stated in these Terms of Service, the Company shall announce or notify the Member in advance by sending a text message (SMS) or posting a notice on the Application. The Member has the right to refuse the provision of personal information to the third party at any time. Without the Member’s consent, the Company shall not provide the third party with the Member’s personal information. If the Member does not want the Company to provide his/her personal information to a third party, it is recommended for the Member not to use services or enter for promotions or events that may require his/her personal information.
  4. The Company shall use the information collected for the Recommend Member function within the scope specified in Article 11.2.2.

Article 3. Duration of Archiving and Using Personal Information

  1. The Company archives personal information provided by the Member as long as the Member has a valid membership of the Service.
  2. The Member may discard all or part of his/her personal information at any time in the Setting menu as follows:
    ① By deleting the account
  3. If the Member does not log in the Service for thirty (30) days after his/her last log-in date, the Company shall discard the information specified in Article 1.1.3 on the next day of the thirtieth day.
  4. Personal information that is collected for a specific purpose shall be discarded without delay once the purpose is fulfilled. However, in case the Member provides personal information, such as an address in order to enter for an event, the personal information will be archived from the last date of the event to the date specified in the description of the event in order to send a prize to the Member or attend his/her request.
  5. If the Member revokes his/her agreement to the Provision of Personal Information or withdraws from the Service, the Member’s personal information collected by the Service shall be discarded immediately and shall not be used for any purposes other than those specified as exceptions.
  6. The Company may keep the personal information of members who use the Service in indecent ways and disrupt the Service for one (1) year after they withdraw from the Service in order to request a police investigation, defer the approval of their request for membership, and protect other members.

  1. (Entry into Effect) These privacy policy are effective as of August 25, 2019.
